2001 my daughter took a dna test,it came back he wasnt the father.the man told me they miss place my test.what?

me and my daughter took our test on 12-04-2001 her father took his test 10-23-01,he got his test back 10-24-2001.but we don't get our test 09-6-2002. while they fax the paper on 09-06-2002 but they said samples received 07-03-02 but i didn't get them until 09-6-2002..this man name melvin parker sign the paper for columbia region 11 case #0546724 in columbia sc richland county.i belive my test is wrong for elven years i belive it been wrong.who do i talk too i need help 601-691-6181
