Help, can't remember name of gay bdsm book?

All I remember of the book is its set in the desert,the "slave" is given or sold to a new master after his old master died. He's beaten and I think his hair gets cut in his punishments. and I remember the end where they do a fisting scene with a blindfold in the harem after another slave tries or making the main slave jealous. Any of this sound familiar to anyone?
