Will Obama say the hell with Republicans endangering our National Security and use the 14th Amendment ?

I hope he does, I also hope he pulls a JFK and convenes the Congress and appoints the 155 positions that the GOP is holding up, unprecedented in history. They are such hypocrites that a lesson on Executive powers should be demonstrated.
