Should Slavery Be Banned ?

Well South Carolina looks like it's going to secede whether or not we ban slavery, it's just those societal differences that separate us, they've got a bustling cotton market and all we have is textiles, therefore those Europeans favor those Southerners over us, I say we ban slavery, and if Civil War comes so be it.
